At this point we, my brother Lorenzo and I, would like to answer frequently asked questions and clear up possible doubts. <\/span>For those who don’t know us personally, please note that the two of us have been involved with the V7Sport for many years, with a special focus on the Telaio Rosso series. I, Andrea Conzatti for 32 years and my brother Lorenzo for 44 years. <\/span>This was long before the specialist media discovered this subject, in times when hardly anyone knew that there were 2 series of the V7 Sport.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the course of these long years, many V7 Sport TR and TN have passed through our hands (which we have restored or conserved). Very early on, we began to meticulously document the differences and characteristics of the two series.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To date we have found 45 differences.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Among other things we have documented things like:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– the original paint colours and manufacturers\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– the manufacturer’s stamping on the screws,<\/span><\/p>\n

– the design, colour and dimensions of the stickers (on all restored TRs we have seen so far, at least one pair of stickers is not authentic!)<\/span><\/p>\n

– the width and fastening position of the insulating tape that fixes the wiring harness to the frame,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– the correct mounting position of all components,<\/span><\/p>\n

– the correct installation position and dimensions of all screws, washers and nuts, etc. etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note,<\/span><\/p>\n

that our aim is to include only authentic TR in this register, <\/span>that in case of doubt and\/or lack of cooperation of the owner, the motorbike will not be registered, <\/span>that it is very labour-intensive and time-consuming to create such a register, <\/span>that we run the register out of pure idealism and do not aim at profiling,\u00a0<\/span>that we are therefore not pursuing any financial interests (the book will be sold at cost price of approx. 25 to 30\u20ac, depending on the number of copies).<\/span><\/p>\n

Our original idea of publishing a book containing the details known to us, without setting up a \u00a0 register, was discarded in order to prevent our information from falling into the hands of counterfeiters and thus making it easier for such persons to produce perfect replicas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With this register we want to prevent our knowledge and the extensive information from getting lost. <\/p>\n

The book will also include the cover images of all 43 issues of motorbike magazines known to us worldwide that tested or presented the TR in 1971 and 1972.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will be present at the next markets in Germany (Veterama) and in Italy (Mostra Scambio di Reggio Emilia and the Mostra Scambio Imola) in order to answer your questions personally.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
